The beginning period was good. Over time the team disintegrated and plans fizzled out due to wrong expectations and improper delegation of work.

The inner circle of the higher management overlooked others' contributions and used them to catapult one's own growth by impressing the bosses.

There is nothing to like about this company. All people joins here by seeing Glassdoor reviews which is completely fake and unrealistic.

Very dissatisfied. Please dont go through Glassdorr reviews, it will be the worst mistake of your life. The reviews are added in Glassdoor under the direct supervision of the India Director who believes in pure dictatorship and only preaches with zero self/work principles. The India branch was set up 7 years back and till date they have no good infrastructure, real time scenarios by employees when they have regular network issues the Director suggests them to sit in the meeting room to have good bandwidth and that was the only solution given to rising issue.They have 26-30 employees in India (I believe most of the new joiners are from 2017) and the management giving a sign to the oldies to just leave the company. Very poor work culture and the management always believe in having a tense situation in every project and for the same attitude they have faced court cases against clients from world renown brands and the projects were being pulled off. Check before you fall prey to them.
