Salary is way too low than the competitor companies. Do not expect to get a promotion here. You'll get good appraisal only if you know how to be a sweet mouth to the top management otherwise you'll be tormented at the time of appraisal and they'll show you that you don't know shit about anything and you are worth nothing.

The company is a great platform for fresher belongs to mechanical engineering. A very good starting salary with provision period of half year and very reasonable increment after six month only. Kruger is brand name and everyone run behind brand. You don't take headache to book your sales Target.

Dislikes

Nepotism is on high level. Hard working doesn't matters. Sallery structure is vary bad. If you don't like promotion and appraisal then only you must join Kruger. After working more than 4 years, it's very critical to switch in any HVAC MNC.
