The company is a great platform for fresher belongs to mechanical engineering. A very good starting salary with provision period of half year and very reasonable increment after six month only. Dislikes

Salary is too less, makes you feel that you are underpaid. Work-life balance here is worst, they make you work from home too when you are on leave. Promotion is somewhat impossible here as the top management is fixed and won't let anyone to rise.

Kruger is brand name and everyone run behind brand. You don't take headache to book your sales Target.

Dislikes

Nepotism is on high level. Hard working doesn't matters. Sallery structure is vary bad. If you don't like promotion and appraisal then only you must join Kruger. After working more than 4 years, it's very critical to switch in any HVAC MNC.
