Being part of Forbes marshal group , job security is there, payment will get credited on fixed date ,and overall a sarkari culture.

No proper promotion policy , everything is person based if boss likes you , you get promotion may be good hike and possibility of extension on retirement, no fixed policy in this at the end it still acts like family owned business.
