...d 9Hrs but after the probation it will increased to 12-13hrs. Unknowledge HR's. very less salary 8000INR. No Increment, No Government Holiday, Only sunday is holiday. If you are trying to join here as a fresher i recommend do not join here. they will spoil your career as well as life.

Being women it's so safe and people who come from rural areas are very happy working here. Great opportunity for freshers who can learn alot and get great knowledge nd experience from this organisation. It's really horrible we can't survive there and oly catching buckets wil come forward... If we do hardwork means also no use much partiality and also targetisome after the management changed really suffered a lot in dis company and all management are too rude and language is too rash speaking with employees they keep an target employee if they wanna remove means they wil make us to sit for 3-4 hours in cabin n torture us by taking all celphones and they do harassment dat i wil do termination o u wil gv resign n make us to resign n exit us frm the company seriously i never seen this type of harrasment n management really I m too upset by this company..

Useless TLs like Jayakumar Setting up his own rules on his team members Compensating fun, cultural activity hours on next day till 8.00pm in name of deficit hours(agreed time 9am to 6pm) QCs and QAs setting up their own SOPs rather client requirement etc., etc.,

There is no rejoining policy,if you worked 5 years,and if resign proper way,if we want to rejoin there is no policy

If you worked 5 years in kriya,you resign some problems,after 2 years you want rejoin,that policy is not available,no job security,fully politics
