Good infrastructure. Has dedicated staff.

Dislikes

Very poor top management, employees highly dissatisfied. Toxic work culture. During orientation program, employees are made to give a 5 star rating to Shalby Multispeciality Hospitals (including all branches) at Ambition Box. Hence, do not go on 5 star ratings of majority, rather ask someone you might know who is working/has worked @shalby about their experience, it would be honest and useful.

Krishna shalby work culture is not good,sitting arrangement are not good, no benefits for employees even not provided Medical insurance as they holding hospital line business and such big range of employment not promoted or aprisal is not good after all credits to employees or doctors.

I got opportunity to work with all clinical departments in this hospital which made my experience very strong in Clinical Administration.

Dislikes

There is extreme staff shortage so very difficult to work as each & every staff is overloaded with work. We have stay even more than our working hours due to overload of work because of staff shortage.

Hi, KHI was one of my most beloved place to work, familiar atmosphere to work, lots of thing to learn, most cooperative staff, and much more.
