That was the platform for my career growth,they have supported me with my job role which i was doing in this organisation,and they are more supportive in understanding about our personal issues as well,no other organisations will understand us in personal way,they only look after about the job input to what we are doing it.Working there is like a pleasure.

Dislikes

Management is good over there,but problem will be there only with staff,some people are there they will pock us and try to insult us and they will make a comic stories which they will by assuming by their super mindsets and narrate about our personal life's and do back bitching about us,ofcourse we will find a few staff like this in every work places,but this may discourage us to quit the jobs by demotivated.

Excellent management and MD(Umesh Sir)of the organisation is so down to earth heart he has got,and coming to the work of the jobs no company likes the staff to sit and do time pass,have to work that's it.

Dislikes

Wherever we go in all the organisations some staff will be there who will be there to disturb us at our work and will have interest in knowing about our personal things.
