Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

The company had good working culture with 45% employees are being Committed to the company.

Dislikes

The company has a good reputation, but the management is somewhat gullible. Some loyal employees are wrongly inform them resulting removal of the good employees without salary. Its vey sad and harmful. Such type of management behaviour, resulting company condition are not good.
