They engage in fraudulent activities related to product claims and sales, misrepresenting information to customers. There is a lack of transparency in crucial areas such as GST,PF, and medical benefits, all of which seems to be handled dishonestly. Furthermore, the company fails to provide a proper leave policy and does not maintain adequate documentation for product safety and manufacturing standards. These shortcomings not only undermine employee trust but also put customer and the company's reputation at significant risk.
