when we join the the company talk my superier after three month my review and higher my salary structure , but after 1year 3 month nothing . But salary will be paid time to time ,no pending issue .

no incressing the salary emplouee motivation not good , working culture is not good .

Liberty to work as per requirement also one of the best issue is your job is acknowledged by higher authorities.

Only sometimes wrong decision taken by authorities by back biting of some people without proven fact

I feel great working hereGood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I work at krishna automobiles in Honda agency. If u are very happy with your life and want some problems and Non-sense talking then you can join krishna honda.
