Marwari culture, All higher positions given to under qualified Marwari people. Management harassing other community, Do not have HR policy, most third graded working culture and one lady director whole the day making concocted story and levelled against officers. Don't join this company

There is nothing to learn new skills in this company.. Not taking care of employees.. No objectives or future growth plans by Management..

As One of leading AGRO based company in INDIA with 5th rank in all INDIA , it has good market position in Eastern India with a lot of chemicals with good quality to farmer level. There is no much more hierarchy which helps to work in a significant way , not much more commanding for all level. it has good employee based culture and simple management .
