Krisam is not only a company for working 9 to 6 but also educates people in it's best way to improve their skills. I am working since 20 months and I have gained so much knowledge from the seniors and supervisors. Like from 3 years of my experience these 20 months are great experience for me.

We can learn lot of new things of our won,

We cant get enough time to learn even though lot of things available, No proper management structure. Work Distribution is less, Company fully Depends on Single Employee who ever handling the projects, No proper guidance will be there, For freshers its like Heaven , For experienced its not good

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
