The Sr Manager (Tejashri Sutar) is worst to work with, she always makes you feel dump no matter what. Most of the time it is her mistake but she makes fun of you. Infact all the managers are the same, they want an Yes Boss culture. Not just me but everyone who joins on junior level in her team have left the organisation in 6-7 months and I'm leaving in just 3 months.

On-time salary, that too after lots of cutting,

1. Everything is in one person's hand, so he does whatever he wants. 2. No work-life balance 3. If you have that kind of bond with the manager then only you will get appreciation and a salary hike. 4. They don't consider your hard work they just see who is spending more time with the senior Managers 5. Terrific Work culture, politics is at the top ( worst politics) 6 no job security, you can be fired in a day. 7. You can't talk to your colleagues. And just sit in cabin call day like an imprisoner or so called gulam, you will have no respect there

Young and dynamic promoters. Good vision vision of growth. Compare and looks upto bigger brands and keep vision on surpassing them in business.

Dislikes

Very poor financial discipline. Always on cash crunch. Very low on payscales. Expect to work in other departments with same salary. No work appreciation. No incentive module. While comparing with bigger brands and keeping vision to grow like them, don't want to take good candidates with little higher salaries.

Very good company. Directors are young and always supports new systems, suggestions by employees. HR team is very good and active unlike other construction companies in Pune.

Dislikes

Nothing is dislike, as company is in growing stage, system not yet properly set but this can't be expected. One suggestion - Atleast 2 Saturday should be off to attract talented persons from other companies.

No job security at all. they are not capable to gives you incentive.and they don’t deserve loyal employees. Join any start up firm but don’t join krisala ever.Start up will give you growth and ambition but this guy’s will not. They are very busy in politics, specially HR team.
