Terrible company to work.

Plant set up is very bad. Employees behave like thugs. There is no growth in the company. There is a proper nexus within the Kris Group. Only a certain set of people who have drinks and party together rule the whole company. You literally have to follow the instructions of the Plant head there is no creativity and growth you can expect in this company. I had the worst of the worst experience working with this company.

in 2001 i was working with nikita plastics (formerly packaging ware house mfg of polybags/hangers for garment exporters) as business devlopment officer age(nts for polybags nomination interacting with buyers liasioning office ie Nike,linmark ,Birdy,columbia sports wear ,Birdy exports Mr Dennis. Mr Shailesh sheth M.D ,Viresh sheth interacting with branch heads Mr Manoj mehta (blore) Most wonderful organisation no words they treated the staff as family members ...i have total mktg expertise 30+ years but after many years still have regards for the most wondrful bosses got to learn a lot .thanks to the most wonderful organisation of Kris packs in shrink sleeves started in mid 2000. The Owner is the Best Person with clear vision & very perfect on his decisions.

The Management Staff is not co-operative. They think more on their own growth than considering of Organisation or other employees Growth.

my company has nice work culture allows employee to work freely,also there is good support from seniors and employee are motivated and appreciated for their efforts..

the company had a stagnant where they would simply retain employee without continuing to develop there potential in order to move the company forward.
