The work culture is quite good and you can do your task with your flexibile hours. Team members are so helpful, but all members left kredily.

Even you complete your task on time, they never going to happy with your work. Management is not loyal in favour of salary hikes on time, they keep delay the dates. Mostly tasks are given by non-tech persons, and dead line as well from their end and expecting developers to do finish within their dead line. The best team we had in kredily is of 9 members where after 3 members left, in a single month 4 members resigned from kredily, you can imagine the work life in current time. It's currently running with 2 developers only..

Please don't join orelse you will suffer a lot as they can fire you anytime they want without any reason and you will be targeted by seniors and if you complaint against them you will be fired by CEO saying I will take care CEO directly says I want dumb people with good communication so if you are an energetic enthusiastic person who wants to change the process then forget it and even he says this is my company and you are not supposed to give suggestions here you are hired to just follow my orders

I've had a really positive experience working at Kredily. The company offers great exposure, especially if you are interested in HR - SaaS space. The management is approachable and very supportive, which makes the big difference. There's a lot of opportunity to lear and grow and the team is really collaborative. Overall it's a great place to develop your skills be part of something impactful.

No one listen nor they have clear idea what they are doing. . Manager is totally Clueless what she is doing. If she is late no LOP if team is late she will ask us to apply halfday leave. She will take WFH but for others they wont allow WFH. No office atmosphere nor office culture. None of the Saturdays are off, yours probation keep on getting extended. Think twice before you join.
