Timely salary. Good support during transition of client site and timely salary during bench period. Exit process was smooth like relieving letter, experience letter and clearance of dues.

No appraisal. Very less salary offered. Despite having more than 4 years of experience, I was getting only 4k extra monthly salary than Fresher. Don't know what logic they have applied. They should offer salary as per standard based on experience rather than using last salary as a salary reducing tool. Left this organization only because of very less salary, because I felt cheated when came to know about salary difference between a fresher and the 4 years experienced person. Even Smaller companies offer way more better salary according to experience.

It's a very good company for experienced person. They provide competitive salary. They are handling very good projects from various clients. So, there will be great learning. Management people can be easily reachable.

...e balance if you are in client location. They will treat you only as a resource. They may terminate at any time if they doesn't have any project or salary won't be given untill they put you in different project.

Terrible work culture i would have rated Zero if it is possible. Most of the employees are not even trustworthy. There were a lot of communication lag and they even call you desperate if you ask for work. They even fired me without giving me any valid reason the only reason they told me is that i was bugging them to give me any work which is kind of stupid.
