Kreative Machinez hired me in 2020 but did not pay my salary for more than 2 months. I have been requesting it's owner for 4 years but it is ignoring my messages

One can take wfh and leaves on emergency

...ire interns mostly but cannot provide the infrastructure to train that intern. Also their salary package is too low in comparison to the market

They are growing with the advanced process, team mates are good, work environment is average.

Dislikes

They provides lowest salary, no job security, too much politics that done by the manager who does not know how to behave.

Horrible employer - He knows everything! Miserable Salary No increment No payslip No professionalism If you are absent for 1-2 days, they will call you with a false interview call from other company to check if you are searching for other jobs or not. If you are on sick leave, employer will send people to your place to verify if you are really sick or not. No job security

Lots to learn while implementing in work. Seniors are well behaved. Huge team of digital marketing including every professional that need to create a digital team.

Dislikes

Increment is less as compare to other agency otherwise best digital marketing agency to learn and grow.
