... to listen to you while Manager A will never listen unless you prove it somehow! - It depends where you land each of the fellow has its own pros and cons - They pay you good (Cost of living of Nagpur is lower) - Your leaves will be approved without question provided that you are good at your work and you have dependency

...ady from the first day which is in my opinion is overwhelming for any candidate. - You will not get any kind of induction and Welcome kit, only laptop which depends, in some cases you will not be allotted laptop but a computer or your personal laptop - You will feel depressed, the reason behind this is the place, colors are dull and dark and there is constant sadness everywhere, in the evening you have dull lights, so dull colors and dull lights makes things worst Intermediate - You have only 1 person in IT team, who is really helpful but does not have full freedom or asset distribution control - You have HR team but they are helpless who are bound to follow orders - You do not have a clean washrooms, you share them with neighbor company ( almost 100-150 people uses that in a single day) - You do not have a good canteen to eat - You do not have a proper infrastructure to sit, chairs are horrible and drawers are filled with old stuff - There is no cosmetic thing in the office, just like any average office has to click pictures or to have a common area where people sit and talk or the place is photogenic Advance - All the departments have depressed folks coming to office because they have families in Nagpur - Not a single product this company produces is stable, leadership team here is highly motivated but they have poor execution - Planning is too tight, nobody keeps 1 day buffer or breathing space, its always 6-7 days - Every production deployment is stressful for a certain project and technical members are always working super late for that - You will probably be willing to work on weekends because you will be under unknown pressure which will keep you from enjoying the time you are having away from the office, so you will feel like completing the work during weekends and sometimes it will be mandatory for you - You will probably every day spend more hours here in the office Critical This points are ranked from bad to worst - You don't have in house licensed software's ( no project management tools, No communication tools, No IT infrastructure tools, No HR management system which keeps your payslips (ex. greythr) , No Proper leave application tool etc.) - You are constantly being watched if you are working under certain manager - You have your requirements verbally communicated and you are liable if you miss anything - There is only one person who is source of truth for every departments each individuals personal work meaning superlative degree to the term micromanagement - Trust issues on the employees resulting delivery quality which is aimed towards fulfilling the task anyhow rather than delivering what is correct and accurate - If you have dependency then you are good to work here, if by any chance it has been removed, then you can be released on one month notice and HR can't do anything since they are following instructions from the same person - Roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined, goals are set but nobody from leadership ( manager A and Manager B) takes in account that the number of ad-hoc task they assign will affect the goals set by themselves - Bad coding standards and quality of delivery due to impossible commitments - It cannot be tracked since company is not using any professional project management software which will bound the leadership to give commitments and it will create work to life balance for employees which i guess is not in favor of leadership team - you will only learn one thing here which is "How not to self doubt when place is not suitable for work" In conclusion, Please work here if you are highly experienced and has family here since you will never learn here anything new, please don't take wrong idea how corporate works, corporate is good place if there is process and here where there is no process, you will always feel useless and overworked (fixing the rework because of constant changing of requirement) please don't start your career from here because you will probably lose the will to work in any company or you will be strong enough to survive anything, either ways as a fresher you will always be dumb who learned nothing here.

Only thing good is that the salary comes on time.

Dislikes

everything...0 work-life balance, no learning curve, constant fear of getting fired even if you ask questions. No knowledge transfer sessions, no documentation available and if you don't have self respect for your self please join here. CEO is most hopeless person I've ever seen. If working with him get ready to see hell.

Boss has anger issues, work culture is worst. There is a scary feel in d office. employees are given a document to sign before leaving that they cannot post reviews on line. Other wise i am sure there wud be more ppl to write the truth here.
