... to few people in the organization, the work culture is toxic to mental health . The management is hardly bothered to pay attention to the complaints you will raise , and ultimately will lead to ruin the career

Ample opportunities for growth and levelling up , work culture is quite friendly. Best for people who are quite new into their careers .

...mistakes, the management is not in touch with what happens on the ground level . The compensation is not proper as well unless you force them by showing different options they won’t justify the hard work you’ve put in. Also keep in mind of the politics as many people have the habit of poking their nose into something which isn’t their business.

Full of dirty politics. Benefit to only employees who are close to management. Abuse employees on floor and treats them very badly. Saturdays are also working and no work from home option.
