They have some very unfair unethical practices like they wouldn't pay for your salary, even if you have worked for the project. Last month's salary you can forget, a lot of micromanagement, don't expect any holidays or getting remunerated for your holidays if you leave the organization. In fact you might not be able to take your holidays

Hiii this is Prashant Pandey Kranti Tech Services is a good company which is hire as a trainee to everyone without pay basis. In the company you will be found good environment with employees as well as senior and HR. HR is very helpful nature and support to everyone.

In kranti tech services have less time and extra task to everyone so guy's have face trouble with the time and if I want to talk about senior for help then it will take more time. If you have excellent learning skills then you have gold chance in Kranti tech services.

No HR, No Documents sharing, No Salary slips, Salary delay mostly 15-20 days, No PF submission, Fake commitment of Bonus which never fulfilled, Send to client location without even asking from you and moreover on any technology. Reimbursement done mostly after 5-6 months. Saturday and Sunday working most of times with no extra pay, Senior person create mental pressure. No personal life

The seniors are very supportive and helpful. They guide us in a positive direction. Great learning environment for freshers as well as experienced as they focus on learning new skills.

Dislikes

Many a times we have to work for late in the night.
