Here, all stakeholders and Manager are very supportive and I'm learning a new things here everyday because Its my first journey in FMCG Co..And I loved to do work here with a very nice peoples and supportive and securitive environment...

- Work life balance is one of the best in industry - Salary is above median - Going through leadership transition, hope new center head is a good proffesionals - was a great workplace till mid 2024. hope to get same culture back as last 7-8 months have been disastrous

...Ahmedabad and Amsterdam. even God cannot help you if you are in their bad books. - its MNC from work life and salary standpoint, and worse than a desi lala company from culture and career growth standoint.

Joined KH a year back because of its global presence and culture. GCC culture was really good initially, leadership team had clarity about how to go about the business.

Dislikes

...leadership stability, the notice period was increased so that employee's suffer. Two centre leads and two HR heads have left within a year, the bonus was cut by 60% and there is no clarity in personal growth. Manager's reviews and one on one are sham, skill set and knowledge is not needed. People pleasing skills and how well you can dance and sing (centre level co curricular activities) are only valued for your "personal" growth. So if you are someone looking to grow in technical space and expand your skill set, think twice before joining. Highly not recommended if you are looking for stability and growth.

good to join for short term career jump only, not a good long term company no career prospects long term leadership expects you to do the job for 2 years and leave to hire cheaper analysts too much gossiping energy draining culture, glad they now have 3 days work from office so remaining 4 days are peaceful bonus is decent part of salary and cut by 60%, hearing rumors of poor hike this year. would have been better off financially if i stayed in my previous company.

Leadership is shifting all the responsibilities onto people Managers, implying that their management skills are inadequate Employees are asked to resign based on management discretion
