Apart from Appraisal everything worst especially the Management approach with the employees is not right way to deal and task to be done..This is very well Professional Industries to serve better to the US Healthcare Clients but in this organization they're behave like KGF Rocky Bhai but nothing is needed in this industries to handle the employees like that.

Good management and how they treat the employees. They give preference to every individual and always ready to hear us, support us. It feels like a second home.
