In conclusion, the work culture at this company is toxic, the management is unsupportive, and the overall experience has been a total disaster. I strongly advise against joining this company unless you are prepared to sacrifice your well-being and dignity for a paycheck. Reporting managers will not approve any leaves, and there is no leave encashment policy. If the company provides travel facilities such as cabs and Ola options, the manager will restrict the use of cabs and will not approve travel claims even after many reminders.
