The people and team are excellent and provide a pool of knowledge that would be not available elsewhere other than top tier consulting firms (big4 / big3). Support from leadership is good and vision is clear for the firm alongside clear guidelines / KPIs / objectives to reach for each year.

Dislikes

Bureaucratic processes internally for team management / resourcing / budgeting. Few toxic middle management members make the workforce at an execution level a nightmare to deal with on a regular basis which leads to burnout. People generally do not leave KPMG other than burnout / toxic middle management leaders.
