Under Pay to the lowest Lots of politics Even if you get awards for your performance and positive feedback from stakeholders, Leadership doesn’t care. False hope and expectations by the Manager and even they are helpless Do more and more and get as much as less pay

...njoyed my time in KPMG KGS. The Building Infra is like 7* Hotel. Cab Facility. Salary Not Soo Competitive with Other Companies. But Kind of Similar to Other Big4 Company. I got Multiple Awards and a Promotion as well. I didn't find any issues with my Team.

Nothing to Dislike . I enjoyed my time in KPMG KGS a lot. Lot of flexibility.

Job security and culture is the best. Growth and learning quality is very high. For freshers its a perfect place to start.

...al work results in bad work life balance and overworking with less compensation. Also firm takes a long time to bring the salary levels on industry standards, hence sometimes /most of the times, you are underpaid

Job security is there. Salaray hike and work life balance is awesome. Performance bonus and the payscale split up is extrodinary here.

Dislikes

If you want to cross train to any other technology or switch over project means you will be completely dependant on your manager. Certification will be required but they will be expecting hands on experience.
