If you just want to recieve on time salary and don't want to put too much effort into your work then this is the best firm to relax

It is a highly biased firm, if you are not in good books of senior management people, then no matter how good you perform it won't matter. Your growth rate is not proportional to your effort & skills if you don't know how to be in good books of some people

KPMG Global Services offers a very collaborative work environment and has great leaders especially in the Consulting domain and not marketing.

Dislikes

...there which clearly means there is not a good leader that this team has gotten. The pay is really poor if you have completed a Bachelors and a Masters with significant work experience.

The office environment and overall setup are quite good, with a somewhat decent salary.

However, my experience with the team I was part of was less than satisfactory, although this may be not the case for everyone. There is minimal on the job training provided; instead new employees are required to attend mandatory, irrelevant, often non work related training sessions during the week. Despite this they are expected to perform at the same level as long term team members from day one. Additionally, there are concerns of comparison, favouritism, team/office politics, and a general lack of empathy. The constant list of meetings, team events, and mandatory training leaves little time to focus/perform actual work.

KGS dominance and favourism. People at higher post mis treat the employee and prefer non sense things over work to make you qualify their performance parameter

I was working at the UK Research team for 4 years under the mentorship of Saptarishi Mandal, Paula Ghosh. - Brilliant culture with regular leadership connects with the Director - Frequent team building activities off the record such as office trips and weekend parties - Good work life balance - 360 degree feedback - Openess to feedback from junior levels Overall a delight to be under Saptarishi's org
