Great place to work for people with any level of experience. I love the people culture here. Also we got free transportation- the best part

Dislikes

I did not like the over time work without compensation in the form of cash. We only got CO holidays. Though this isn't a big issue, since it's Tax, it's normal to work OT.

Though we have Saturday and Sunday working during busy seasons company provides benefits like breakfast and lunch and evening snacks., if we stretch and work during weekdays we get dinner and also the employees are provided with small small surprise gift that somewhere satisfys us

Dislikes

No work life balance, rather providing foods on weekends they could give double pay employees. As the double pay is given only on public holidays..we feel food on weekends is not right compensation for work

The salary of KPMG is quite higher than the other big 4.

Dislikes

1)There is no work life balance. 2)There is no Log off time we need to start the day before the login times and there is no log off time for the company. 3) there are so much politics they can remove you from the company at any time with nonsense reason 4) they will never promote you as per your quality then never see good on you but always see bad in you

People are good. Nice company , I had a great journey here. You will get things to learn if you are lucky enough.

Dislikes

Very poor management system. Forced to work in projects. No proper appraisal, compensation, benefits. Tooo much politics. Company growth matters to them not the concerns of individuals. I had a terrible experience but there are people whom I have seen who are having plan to get retirement from kpmg only.

KPMG Global Services offers a very collaborative work environment and has great leaders especially in the Consulting domain and not marketing.

Dislikes

...there which clearly means there is not a good leader that this team has gotten. The pay is really poor if you have completed a Bachelors and a Masters with significant work experience.
