Learning is good here, but dnt expect much hike, promotions. Lots of politics upper management plays. For fresher, KPIT is good to learn but dnt stay more than 3-4 years.

Mostly I work with the leaders which results in good knowledge transfer. Also our boss is very supportive and understanding. Apart from this, the KPIT work location is very nice. Beautiful scenery.

Dislikes

Financial growth is very slow. HR are not responsive. No bonus, no perks in this company, even during the festive season.

Likes

Company has good campus. Better work life balance. Will get to learn many things as at very early stage lot of responsibilities are given which is bit challenging but will benefit in the long run.

Dislikes

No role models in the Company. Literally No growth. Salary is very less compare to market. Culture is quite old fashioned. No better incentives. No onsite opportunities. High expectations.

Work life balance is excellent, work from home leverages, team size is very small so kind of hard work you have to put is high so learning is good within short span of time.

compensation and benefits are not much, hike is better than industry figures but not at par, very less recognition

...d hike. Only 5%hike is max. He not cares Ur plm , Ur issue never resolves here. No life balance here, 12hours work but salary for 8hour . Management Blackmail u. They shout on u in DSM if u r not working. School type environment. U need to stay 9 hours compulsory in office. No flexibility. No bonus and sweet also in Diwali , Totally u r slave here in this company.
