Nothing. Except for the fact that I met some really amazing people

Dislikes

Everything from the management to the stupid delivery manager to few peers. Everything in the system is baseless and idiotic. Claims to be a product company, functions worse than a service delivery company. And to add to everything, what made it worse was that by far one of the stupidest and disgusting Delivery manager in the Bangalore office I had ever come across. Flirts more than work. Has no idea about the Product. Zero process knowledge. Management is too stupid not to fire a cheap, disgusting, unprofessional, stupid manager to lead a team. God bless KPISOFT. I do not recommend anyone to join this place as all that you would come across is cheap mind games and politics. Run by a langoor. Just like they say "langoor key haath may angoor" Also, the admin and the country manager are equally moronic.

Teammates were good. The locality of office is very good.

Dislikes

No proper management. No transparency in work allotment. There was lot of politics that was happening behind us. School like Rules complied on employees. No flexibility regarding office timings and leaves.
