The company has a nice interior and setting arrangement. The company provides lunch to the employees for free with both veg and non-veg options. The company gives 2nd and 4th Saturdays off and all major holidays from the banking calendar.

The company has a great future because they are in Renewable energy, but not great for the employee's mental health. The culture of the company is not that good for the one who's looking for a change. There is no work-life balance, no timing flexibility, and the mixing of different departments on one floor. there is no time to time working. they all want it in just 5 minutes. once you reached the office on company time then there is no way to get up from the chair on time.
