I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

... is my personal experience when I was working with kpc at chandauli site is osm. One wonderful things about this company which one is differentiate from other company is salary on the time... No single hours delay in my 3 year journey.

There is very good team and skill development work. In this company work timing is very irregular for fresher and taking work a lot and salary is giving very poor. Company staff is very good and culture nature is also good.

KPC is one of the renowned infrastructure development organization. The people who work with me are always very supportive and friendly all the times. For freshers this is the best place for learning. Management is good and give ample opportunities for upskill. Management treat their employees as their family members, involves employees in their family events. Here we will get on time salaries.
