There is very good team and skill development work. In this company work timing is very irregular for fresher and taking work a lot and salary is giving very poor. Company staff is very good and culture nature is also good.

For freshers this is the best place for learning. Management is good and give ample opportunities for upskill. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
