There is very good team and skill development work. In this company work timing is very irregular for fresher and taking work a lot and salary is giving very poor. Company staff is very good and culture nature is also good.

Nice Work culture, They provide Full meals to employees at concessional rates of Rs.20/ per person (Menu:Chapathi,Dal,Curry,Sambar/Rasam, Curd , papad, Sweet)

KPC is one of the renowned infrastructure development organization. The people who work with me are always very supportive and friendly all the times. For freshers this is the best place for learning. Management is good and give ample opportunities for upskill. Management treat their employees as their family members, involves employees in their family events. Here we will get on time salaries.
