Here I just lost myself.very cheap salary. There are too many patients and according to this staff is very less. Also it's remarkable that behavior of all nursing super and deputy nursing super is very very bad. They insult us that's terrible but insulting parents that's intolerable. I resigned.

Management have hire and fire attitude. Lots of politics found in Pharmacy department. Mr. Anirban Nag is Manager of whole Pharmacy department and he was a mental patient in the past.

Dear all Candidates whose are interested to join KPC I would like share my horrible experience to you, bigger name but work culture and Management behavior so rude they are maintaining hire & fire rules. No one can safe for long term goal in KPC. Losts of spys are doing as khabilal for Management specialy for Pharmacy department which rule by Anirban Nag and others. So take my advice please do not join KPC with a big dream.

Big busy hospital and ample scope for working. Relatively secured job.

Dislikes

unresponsive management, poor idea about departmental improvement, dissatisfied employees, no accountability of clerical and managerial staff, very narrow attitude towards progress or quality improvement of hospital and teaching facilities. Promotion and carrier up-gradation has very little scope. Pay is nowhere near the market rate and there are no other pecuniary benefits worth mentioning.

As a junior resident at the dermatology department, I was able to learn a lot with the help of my seniors. Lots of patients and procedures.

Dislikes

Work pressure was extremely high and sometimes unfair and unequally distributed among my fellow colleagues. The administrative management is extremely incompetent and the stipend is below par compared to other hospitals.
