Nothing to be liked about this company except we get to learn diamonds and get paid for learning. Any fresher who has no idea about diamonds and want to make career in diamonds can join the company for learning purpose and for that he will be paid a type of styphen.

Dislikes

...mond market. They don't also provide required documents for future of employees. They hide the details of the salary paid to the employees. And to the top of it they humiliate by asking to pay some amount for your mistake. Even there are rules for who will use washrooms one in the office and who not. And on part of the salary it's very very low and employees feel they have taken a very wrong decision of the life.

In which department you have you have full authorities to look after your work. Salary on time. Vendor payment on time. Cash flow excellent. Project coordination much easier then corporate culture.

As per corporates culture you can not be a scape goat You have been directly supervised by company owner.

I like the work culture of the company, the working environment is very nice & comfortable. The best thing for me is that the company is additionally working on commission basis which encourages & gives the enthusiasm to the salesmen to sell more & increase the productivity & growth in the organisation.

Nothing... Because there is no work do to. Promoters might be good and energetic. But whole system is sick.

You just need to do cold calling . You will also having to find leads on your own. You don't get to learn anything. Graduate Freshers are hired at 20k /month. Diploma at 10k /month. Security guards earns more than that. Senior managers here are so arrogant . No one wants to take responsibility. You won't even get mail ids. Mail ids are shared among different people.... Location wise. Poor IT infrastructure. PC's don't work property. Promoters and Senior Managers only care about sales and nothing else . You won't be allowed to sit more than 10 min for breakfast. Unpadh gawar people will scold you if you seat more than that. There's no cafeteria. You will have to do lunch on your own desk. Zero learning curve. Promoters don't care about why people are leaving. They just say that " Jitne log aate h jate h , we don't care ".... That shows an arrogancy. They hire fresher people blindly. You will have to reach office at 8:30 ... 6 days a week. Traveling allowances will be paid in cash ( 530₹ ) per month. People don't take responsibility. 10 minutes of job takes 10 months here. No recognition. For recognition you will have to spend 25 years. After 25 years you will be get certificate of recognition. No scope of brainstorming. No collaboration. Sales commission are 0.25% which is lesser than industry standard. Even broker get more commission than this. Maximize old people here not even 12 th pass & graduate.

The working culture is very good here. You get to learn so much about the retail industry and business. Seniors are also very supportive. Strict timings and they don't force you to work overtime

Nothing specific
