...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Growth of employees Employees facilities Accomodation and fooding It's not just a company but a family.

I have never seen a company like kp . Every thing is good apart from one thing and that is preferance at site those employees who are the relatives of manager they will be treated like his own sons rest others are servents.most of the guys don't even know what is the difference between power and energy.still they are existing in the industry just because they all are the relatives of manager.If you are conceptually good however nobody cares.that is the dark reality of kp.

This company in Surat has a very negative reputation due to unethical practices. They mislead potential employees with promises of positions, but once hired, you are treated poorly and overworked. Beware of this company; they operate like snakes, biting the hand that feeds them. Politics and religious discrimination are rampant, and the company is known to withhold salaries. Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
