Technical Architects sometimes be annoying by not following certain best practices and even blindly follows certain principles without even knowing about the pros and cons. Politics from existing members who are in the organisation morethan 3 years.

The work culture and the learning that I get here is something I can't relate to any other rapidly growing organization. Behind every rapidly growing organization, there lies pressure, not a standardized work culture, and very strict management. But here, I just enjoy working with the pace of the growth because of the culture that is being followed here :)
