...era is a huge cafeteria gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good . They give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners

KMCH is one of the good place to learn. During this covid 19 the hospital ensures both employers safety. But I feel that the hospital has to improve the standard of work for the employees.

Package is very less. The employers in few departments are assigned to do work which is apart from there designation.

...g environment and culture. Co-workers are supportive and transparent management.salary hikes and benefits are good expect job security. Very nice place to learn more about patient care.

There's some negative aspects as well compare to positive aspects.
