...othari hospital, All over Management team was very good behaviour and helpful. Company policy was also good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Some of the employees are good but the manpower of Ipd department are really bad ,the employees take all the things personally and starts flowing there personal grudges on the new joinees ,very bad ,and one of the name among them are chandrima majumder,the most unprofessional women,she is really lazy and crazy ,she always backbitch about her senior, instead of being dedicated at work she is interested in troubling others! And one more thing which is unprofessional they are not able to manage anything or any work load they put all the loadz on new joinees ,I had to work for 12hours without any further notice ,what kind of professionalism is it ,they even don't know how to manage the manpower system and working management,they are all bzy in putting blames on others mostly on the new ones ,but two of the superseniors are good there ,

However, the work culture was pathetic. The behavior of the HOD - Growth & Development was extremely bad. He didn't know how to talk to a female employee. He used to shout and scream all the time over trivial issues. No professionalism at all. Poor execution system of the work was there. One is supposed to close all the works each day, instead of dividing the works in weeks. A female employee is forced to stay at the office till late that too everyday. Inhuman place to work with.

Few helpless good people. Promoters are good people, understanding and respectful..

Too much control, No flexibility to work. Old resources, with greater say do not allow you to work. Medical services is required to be just Medical clerks. Reporting structure is outdated. Seeming reluctance for change. IT and EMR requires a lot to be done
