No Promotion policy is defined or followed. No considerable salary hike. You can be sitting at the same salary forever if you don’t switch. Office politics cannot even be described in words. No bonus.

The only point i would like to highlight is the company should think about salary structure for employee is very low compared to other banking industry. As per the grade the salary doesn't Match.

If I was an employee as a manager to reach my salary package with two years of work but they will never erase it all the day hire fresher with the great package and as experience applied they have the responsibility to guide a fresher who has a great package in the mean of the salary they provide very less.
