Off role employee does not get on role easily and they don't have any bonus structure. All the events organised have to be managed by staff only. Daily morning meeting in zoom. Claims are not been passed very easily.

... is no internal parity. Even after working for 20 years seen people not growing. The basic pay is very less most the salary is given in form of incentives and other allowance that too with held for long period.

...orking style is bit old. Most of the employees belong to baby boomer generation. Good incentives and bonus but the salary hike is not as par with the industry standards.

Career growth is slow. Not many fun activities, here people are generally very work oriented.

Seniors who are holding top positions they are really good and inspiring.

Seriously speaking on the branch level special in Durgapur branch, things are not good and misleading to seniors. Reality is not known to seniors. That's why on the ground, branch manager is taking the advantage. Please make audit and need to cross verify the activity which is going on at Durgapur branch.

Company take you as off roll Employee. Give you big dreams that you will on roll here. Ask you to prove your self. You work hard do your best. At the end you get lollypop. No one understands your financial condition.. you wasted your 2-3 years.
