Promises of career growth and salary increments are often unfulfilled, leaving employees demotivated and undervalued. ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is nothing to say dislikes in our organization. From hr, manager, teammates all are very helpful always. In matters of career growth it will be little slow.

Kotak working environment is overall good. Give space to employees to work on their own. Job security is there.

Dislikes

Salary structure is quite low and apprehensive. Difficult to co relate with target and hard work you put in. No goal sheet which directly linked with growth and appraisal.
