New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Job Security is upto that level if some employee sells the company, then also his job is secured.

...ction is in papers only. 4. Increment is having lowest slabs that ever exist. 5. Don't give that bonus also which was deducted from salary. 6. Manhandling may happen anytime during job & also may lead to hospitalization & police case also. 7. You will suffer the pain of regular visits to courts & police stations because of police cases apart from your duty & duty hours. 8. Work timing are so called work timings, you may be called to duty at midnight as well.

Rajasthan business entity does not have any HR Policies / leaves / Holiday home benefits etc like CESC Kolkata gives to their employee. Even saturday off in Kolkata but not in Rajasthan. Good work life balance but at cost of very lower increment.
