Manhandling may happen anytime during job & also may lead to hospitalization & police case also. 7. You will suffer the pain of regular visits to courts & police stations because of police cases apart from your duty & duty hours. 8. Work timing are so called work timings, you may be called to duty at midnight as well.

I didn't get my designation according to my degree.salary is not good career growth is very slow. More than two years have passed but I'm still a contractual employee.

Rajasthan business entity does not have any HR Policies / leaves / Holiday home benefits etc like CESC Kolkata gives to their employee. Even saturday off in Kolkata but not in Rajasthan. Good work life balance but at cost of very lower increment.

My company is related to the core where I can extend my career. All the people of the company fully help me in teaching the work. All kinds of games are organized in the company from time to time.

Every time the company thinks about loss, not about improving and growing the network.
