Kosch Electricals Seals Executive salaries in India

Sir, I have worked in kosch electricals for more than two months but but I got non on the name of salary. My area is too big i.e. hathras, Aligarh, kher, iglas, mathura, raya, vrindawan, agra,kasganj and sikandrarau. Everyday I used to go for above 100 km and gives my best that I can. I have created some direct dealers and distributors but even than my salary was not given to me. At last I have to resigned from here. On the name of help my ASM said to me u did nothing so what salary you are expected. So my experience for the kosch is terrible.

There are many negative points 1) the salary discussed at time of interview was not provided. 2) no concept of paid leave , if you take leave your salary will get deducted..only some employees were provided paid leave others were not 3) senior behave in the manner like juniors are beggars 4) you get discrimination on the basis of caste and language
