Some people hire there relatives and listen to them & do increment on that basis you have to do ji sir and report of your junior to be given to senior If you are not giving the report means you are of no use . U will get less increment according to that only

Overall company is good, skills will be enhanced defiantly in this company as they have provided continuous support on site and off site as well. I joined this company second time after IPPL and feeling comfortable as on date. I will Strongly Recommended experience professionals.

Iam working in the company with 3 years of experience. That company suck your blood daily. They didn't give OT money and does not spend spare money.
