Work life balance is good, you only need to work office hours, good job for begginers.

Dislikes

No salary hike, and other benefits, you will get salary of 9000 inr in Bangalore City after deduction of esi and pf , and No support for staffs , if any mistakes happen they will deduct from staff salary

Company not provide any training and company use very old software , salary a/C not opened , employee leave not carry forward next year etc.

Overall dislike full of partiality simply salary deductions not getting proper salary not giving correct statement when we r asking doubts and also still I didn't get my clearance also when I am asking clearance they are telling reasons plz give me my clearance
