personal development is pore engineering manager is 3rdclass behaviour not respect for ledies employee in engineering department, engineering departmental growth is very poore manager is fake, we 4 experienced employees from korten in engineering department because of HOD we left I was in 6.5 years but no post no growth

Appraisal nd Increment of payment are not good...Company are not decide appraisal to any one..after 7 yr after..not good for our growth in this comapny..

Actualy korten is Neon group company. Good work culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Give Good sallary hikes every year. This is Good company for beginners to start career.
