I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Dislikes

1) Service head don't know technically about there machine only. 2) Salary increment and promotion is not good. 3) They not have post like assistant manager or manager. Either you have to be senior engineer or engineer. 3) Need to spoon feed to service head as they are not aware about machine technically. There job is like postman means if they get any query/call from client, they just forward the mail to immediate next employee. The head himself never take part in provide the solution. If employee is not available then they just wait till any employee become free. If you are heading the department, it is expected that captain shall take part in troubleshoot and give the solution by your own. 4) Though it is a german organisation, once it get operated by Indian management entire rules changes and give calls to work on holidays also. So we don't think this is a german company, it is just an Indian agency.
