1. Caste based Recruitment- OC candidates are preferable they wont recruit Muslims and Christians 2. MD and his relatives wont give respect to other employees they will literally humiliate 3. Few employees working there from 25 years , these employees will give very hype to MD, which leads to Sick work culture 4. MD timing ar2 12PM- 8 PM . Employees timings 10AM- 8 PM 5. They wont provide PF above 20000 salary 6. You cant take Leaves, if you take 3 days leave continually your job is gone 7. Site people should not go to home up to 1 year even they are sick 8. Job Guarantee- 20% 9. I am very happy to leave this company... 10. if you want to become mentally strong join this company...bt dnt lose yourself and family Totally you will work under sick people with less salary....

It's worst company, while recruitment process they are selected on caste based. I never saw in private organisation not ask the caste of the candidates. I submit, any private organisation to assess the Technical/Professional capability of the candidates.

Cold Infotech private limited is a very worst company you are never been worked I have work around 24 into 7 and I work very fine till 5 years only they paid me 12500 per month for 5 years but they never increase the salary of the never give minimum requirement tools and safety and if they are given the two son safety jackets or anything they will chat from our salary and when come to the resignation if you resign then ever give your experience certificate and documents from the company that have worst of waste of time and waste of efforts please do not join the company

Everything is dislike Main thing is caste based discrimination. No tools like MSP or Primavera to upgrade your skills. You should work like you are in 1990's with old drawings and old systems. Project director is one of the worst guy, he speaks to professionals like labour. Nobody can stay more than 1 month in this company.
